I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with Shannon on Travel Time Stories. Some podcasts feel like interviews. This didn’t. It felt like a genuine conversation between two people willing to explore the complicated, messy, emotional, and often uncomfortable parts of being human — which, ironically, is usually where the most healing and growth actually happen.Shannon has a calm, thoughtful, and very natural way of creating space for honesty without forcing it. We spoke about relationships, emotional patterns, healing, self-awareness, and the strange ways life tends to teach us lessons whether we asked for them or not. There was depth, humor, vulnerability, and enough honesty to probably make a few listeners slightly uncomfortable — which usually means the conversation mattered. I’m genuinely grateful to have been part of the show and would happily return anytime.
